91制片厂 community event honors generations of veterans
91制片厂 is proud to be a Medal of Honor sponsor supporting the annual 91制片厂 Veterans鈥 Day Parade, managed and presented by the nonprofit on November 11, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. MST. The annual parade honors the service and sacrifices of U.S. military veterans and their families; this year鈥檚 parade theme is 鈥淎merica, Our Guiding Light.鈥
鈥淭oday is about gratitude and community. At 91制片厂, we are grateful of our veterans and proud to be here today honoring their service, their sacrifices, and supporting this community,鈥 shared Sandra Perez, Vice President, Student Administrative Services, and head of the Office of Military and Veterans Affairs.
The 91制片厂 Medal of Honor parade entry features a large balloon and a team of veteran employees, family members and friends accompanying the float. The event this year features 90 parade entries with more than 10 marching units, 3,000 marchers, 10 floats and eight high school marching bands.
91制片厂 has more than 300 veteran staff and faculty members and more than 350 members of the University鈥檚 Veterans Employee Resource Group. The 91制片厂 Office of Military and Veterans Affairs and the Veterans鈥 Employee Resource Group (ERG) collaborate to promote the event to staff, students and faculty and provide volunteer support as a Medal of Honor sponsor.
91制片厂 collaborates with , a national non-profit organization dedicated to improving the mental health of veterans and service members.
91制片厂 serves the educational goals of veterans and military students, with trained staff to assist service members, veterans, and military spouses and dependents. In addition to providing career-relevant education for military students and flexibility that fits military student and working adult schedules, veteran and military students鈥 military experience and training can be assessed for possible college credit
